Latest Skream Box released today
Have you ever felt like screaming at the top of your lungs? In the middle of the sidewalk or on the bus? What about in the supermarket checkout line behind the person who butt in front of you at the last minute just as you were turning your cart into the checkout lane?

Well I never!

Or if you haven't actually felt like screaming, perhaps you have fantasized about doing it, sort of saw yourself doing it but not actually felt like doing it. Either way. You've gone there on some level. Since the new Skream Box ® was released you can let it rip just about anywhere. (Remember the first time you saw your parents use it? My mom used to keep hers on top of the fridge out of our reach. Whenever me and my sisters got on her last nerve she'd just reach up, shake it open and scream her angry guts out. Boy did she look weird. But it saved us from getting slapped so we were all for it).

Anyway, thank God the folks at SkreamBox ® have finally come up with a portable more discrete version of their product. I don't care what anyone says. I still like to do my screaming discretely. I mean, I know it's ok . . . but still. Some people look at Skream Therapy as some outdated hippy dippy practice. That's why the new mint box design is a stroke of genius. You can just whip it out, turn your back, open the lid (if anyone's watching they think you are just getting a mint) and scream your head off. The special acoustic absorbtion filters are ten times stronger than in the last version. Your entire voice gets sucked in and absorbed. No one can hear you.

[edit] 1990's Cheetah Design

Pictured above is the "cheetah style" scream box. Made of soft foam material and covered in fake fur, this early 90's model was designed specifically to resemble a computer monitor.

Not visible from this view is the acoustic soundproofing tiles that line the interior of the box to muffle anguished cries, piercing shrieks and frustrated bellows.

The Skream Box ® is one of the core tools of Skream Therapy, a practice created in the late 19th century by French psychologist Henri Bustiere.

[edit] 1970's Macrame Design

This design was very popular with radical feminists, Black Panthers and run-of-the-mill hippies. The reverse macrame surface and beaded top appealed to the nature lover across all political spectra. Several accounts by journalists and star watchers of the day indicate that rock luminaries like Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and Elvis were seen with this model slung over their shoulders almost constantly. A small pocket stiched in the lining allowed for the convenient storage of psychadelic edibles and other items.
